Fresno Templates

  • Weekly net check-in <- Template download link

    Save the ZIP file to your hard disk and unzip it.
    You want to copy the files and place them in the winlink directory: C:\RMS Express\Global Folders\Templates
    When the standard winlink library is updated, files in the global folder are not altered.
    To use the template, create a new winlink message.
    Select Template.
    Navigate to the directory Global Templates, and select the Fresno_County_Winlink_Net_Input.TXT

NorCal Templates

    Notes:
    You may check in multiple times, but try and use a different session type or packet node/path each time.

    Please note that it is now required to use a one line format for check in. You may wish to use the attached check in template following the attached instructions.

    Some current session types for example are; Webmail Winlink,Telnet Winlink (WL2K), Packet Winlink (WL2K), Pactor Winlink (WL2K),  Robust Packet Winlink (WL2K),  Winmor Winlink (WL2K), Iridium Winlink (WL2K) APRSLink, Paclink, Airmail, Pactor, Linpac Packet, LinuxTelnet, ADROP, VARA, etc --

    Please send check ins using the following syntax, one line sentence format in the body of the message:

    Call, First name, City, State abbreviation in CAPS,  session type, client program used if other than Winlink Express, thru gateway, and band used if by HF radio, or frequency if by VHF/UHF radio.
